But wait it gets even worse, I tried contacting customer support multiple times and stood on hold for over an hour, on every occasion, and stood another hour trying to understand what the rep was trying to do, which was a complete waste of time.
Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I have had a 4 camera set up I purchased from Lorex about 2 years ago and you have to use this app with them for mobile access. I think the app just needs to be updated in order to work with the updates that regularly occur on most cell phones. Lorex is evidently not interested in investing the money to do so.
